Customer Question

I am in a dispute with my estate manager over permission to have a dog in my flat.
The case is set for a meeting at the county court in 2 weeks, the estate solicitors have now written to me saying they agree for the dog to stay , however only if I pay their legal fees, and if I don't agree then they will get a costly legal person thus pushing up the fees.
I intend to fight this , where do I stand as it seems as a threat to me
