We have a small cafe / burger bar located in a commercial builders merchants depot - Rental is paid monthly with free water and electric -The premises have been in this location for 10 years and we purchased from the Second owner based on permanent site - There is no formal lease agreement with the Landlord.
They have given us till End of November to quit and state they have no obligation to give us a reason for doing so -
There are no rent arrears and we have receipts for all payments / monthly £100 including Vat is paid
