My dog was attaked by a staffy while playing with our other dog .The dog was on a lead but still managed to get to our dog ripping his lower eye lid .He was kept in the vet overnight and had to be stiched up and put on a drip because of shock .The owner asked us if we we were insured which we are. If we claim our payment will go up what can we do .
