Customer Question

Hi
I received a pcn for a shopping centre car park I was told to ignore this so I did as I was literally there for ten mins as my child needed the toilette.I had no change to pay for a ticket.
I have then received county court business letter again I left it an now I have received a county court business judgement order for £269! It threatens bailiffs.
I can't afford this an really feel it's unfair. Please could you advice me.

did you buy a ticket and it ran out? or you just didn't buy a ticket at all?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I didn't buy a ticket as I had no change an just ran in for my son to use the toilette.

Hi no I am not wanting to spend more money plus I haven't had any clarity or answer yet I've just been asked a question. I'd rather see what advice I get first please

Oh yes, I just made that offer because you submitted a request.

Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

Are you willing to risk them suing you?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They haven't mentioned anything about suing me at all they just want payment of £269
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

No, so are you prepared to risk being sued?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Well the supposed court letter states nothing about that just recovery of the £269 like I originally stated so i would doubt it would get to that stage anyway!
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Iam requesting a refund as I am not finding any of this helpful at all.
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

OK. Good luck.
