if i made a contract to sell my flat to a friend for a certain sum of money, and now i feel that it was too little an amount, how can this be rectified? The contract was under a year ago.

Contracts have already been exchanged, no I did not have a lawyer, and this was done over 6 months ago, I only paid £40,000 , and I now feel that this was too low
