A DWP Local Service Compliance Officer has just interviewed

Customer Question

A DWP Local Service Compliance Officer has just interviewed me and said as he was leaving; "declare everything." My question is: Does he mean I have to declare tax refunds as well as Christmas and birthday money? I'm claiming income-related employment and support allowance and he requested bank statements from 2014 until now. Do I have to declare these things before he reads the banks statements?
