I purchased a motor car from a dealer which broke down due

Customer Question

I purchased a motor car from a dealer which broke down due to gearbox/clutch problem within 4 days'. Returned the vehicle and paid a further £100.00 for repairs. the same problem has occurred (within 2 days')and they now want me to pay a further £370.00. Should I ask for a refund, the seller has already stated he is not willing to reimburse me. If I pay for any further repairs do I have a claim against any said repairs.
