Provided the unit is completely on Craigs property and does not overhang the neighbours property/boundary, then the neighbour is not entitled to ask for it to be removed just because he doesn’t like the look of it. There may be a planning permission issue but I think it unlikely. There may also be a covenant on the deeds of the property preventing this but I think that also unlikely.
However if it blows air out over the neighbour’s property, and the neighbour claims that it is a nuisance, the neighbour can apply to court to get that stopped. Assuming that it isn’t nuisance, and he simply does not like looking at it, the neighbour is also entitled to put a fence panel or board or whatever up on the boundary so that he doesn’t have to look at it. If that stops the vent working, that is unfortunate and there is nothing that Craig can do about that.
