Do I have a "Breach of Contract claim against this timeshare / travel company?
1 We signed and paid, in late October 2015, for a 25 year right to access a website that guaranteed lower cost travel and accommodation.***@******.***.
This was disconnected after a February club meeting to discuss the winding up of the club on 31st December 2016.
2 We were provided with a letter stating "No Maintenance Fees" for the entirety of the purchase. The company that our ownership has been transferred to states fees to be paid.
3 The Club is being wound up and the ownership being transferred to a "Not the same organisation.
4 Winding up started BEFORE we had received any benefit from membership. February 2016.
Is there a case against either the club or the securities company FNTC, Isle of Man. or Bishops Management, Isle of Man, that created the certificate of ownership.

For now please let me know how you paid for the timeshare website, was it credit card?

I have been told that as Isle of Man is where security and marketing is based I will have to use Manx law. Also as I paid part Credit Card and part EFT this makes it harder. I have already requested a repayment of the credit card monies but need to
provide other evidence. EU trading standards have advised the next course of action. They are investigating the Club on Malta.
Their slow reply is what prompted my enquiry. Thanks, ***** ***** no longer need assistance, just a miracle. MB

As previously stated have sent a claim to the credit card company. I have also sent a first letter to the IOM company asking for a full refund due to breach of contract. They have not replied in writing.
