Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.

Does it say full and final settlement?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Jamie-Law replied 1 year ago.

When was settlement please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Jamie-Law replied 1 year ago.

Its bad news I am afraid. As you have indicated there is the Limitation Act 1980 which means you had 6 years to bring a claim.

As its over that time it is statue barred.

I am sorry if this is not the answer you want and certainly not the one I want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
