I live next to a Shopping Centre at the Broadway Plymstock.

Resolved Question:

Hi
I live next to a Shopping Centre at the Broadway Plymstock.
I have a wooden fence and my garage left side wall is the boundary to its Car Park.
The Broadway Manager has given permission to her Security provider, to nail signs to my fence and drill holes in the garage wall to fix a more substantial sign to it. I spoke to the manager and she claims she has the right to do this. Is this correct. Thanks
Ian Gill

Hello Ian my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Just to be clear, the fence is yours? Is the fence on your land or joint?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
The Fence is a wooden panel type which I have always maintained, without looking at the deeds i am unsure

If it is yours or a joint fence then the answer is no.

This would be your property and permission would be needed. Otherwise it would be criminal damage as it belongs to you.

So you could get the Police involved who could investigate and prosecute.

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
