Hi,
I am running a building project direct for the customer.
The cuatomer desided to run the project himself now.
There is outstanding payments to make to builders suppliers.
The invoicea are on my company name.
The cliwnt refuses to pay them.
What are my rights and how can I make him pay as the materials were delivered to his site?
