Customer Question

HiIf someone on bail but no charges is he allowed to travel abroad for two days and come back or no ?

Yes you can travel abroad for 2 days so long as your bail conditions do not expressly forbid you from travelling abroad.

If it was the case that you could not go abroad you would have been asked to surrender your passport.

Best regards
