Customer Question

We have a court order, have been to court twice to get things sorted. I am mum, my ex was awarded every other weekend, no mid week access. He doesn't stick to the court order. I feel there is nothing I can do as the law only benefits the non resident parent....especially if it a dad.

Hi, thank you for your question. Just a bit more information required:

-Are you in England or Wales?

-how long has the order been in place?

-How many sessions has the father missed?

-How old are the children?
