i have a contract for my flat and its meant to finish the 31st of November but my landlord has told me their signing a new contract this wednesday, for new tenants and that they would be moving in asap. does this mean i still have to pay my november rent even tho new tentants would have moved in and payed aswell, is this legal?

No, you dont have to pay for the whole flat if others are moving in.

Therefore the Landlord cant charge you or new tenants for the same rent and profit.

So no, you dont have to pay full rent from when the tenants move in.
