Customer Question

Hello,
I am currently in the consultation period of being made redundant.
• I am an American expat
• I have been with the company for 22 year and transferred to Ireland in 2005
• My contract was never recognized as I was to receive an expat package after the first year e.g. Free schooling for our daughter, relief on a portion of Irish taxes, job search for my wife (Dental hygienist) leaving an $70K salary in the states…
• Before the end of the first year my wife and our youngest daughter moved from the states to Ireland.
• After I completed the first year I was told that company no longer supports expat packages.
• My reporting structure has changed 4 times in the last 2 1/2 years and my role has changed as many time.
• My annual reviews for 2015 and 2016 were outstanding.
Do I have a case?
Bests regards,
Mike
