Customer Question

l have been a member of Club La Costa for 21 years. l now want to get out of the company because we have over 6,000 points that we are unable to use, The education authority does not allow children out of school during term time and Club La Costa can`t provide us with accomodation during holiday time.Club la Costa won`t let us leave before paying next fees which are due in January. These fees will be at least £1600 They also tell us that part of our membership is fractional ownership and we are really tied in for about another 17 years. Can you offer advise on how to get out of the company and just cut our loses , we are not even hoping to sell the membership as it isn`t worth any monetry value. ?
