You mean before the three year period?

No.

Points remain on your licence for a set period of time and there is no capacity to reduce that period or to extend it.

This would be a speeding matter and would remain for three points for the purposes of totting, four years for the purposes of the DVLA and five for the purposes of most insurance companies.

If you mean the original conviction then you have an automatic right of appeal to the Crown court from the magistrates but it must be done within 28 days of the conviction.
