Customer Question

I have lived in a flat since 2009. My landlord took me to court for eviction because he could rent the same flat out for more money. His application for evection failed. Now an estate agent has popped in a letter through the letter box telling me that they have taken over the management of the flat and that I should come to their office and sign a new tenancy agreement but I refused. (1) Are they acting within the law (should I sign a new tenancy agreement with the Estate Agent (3) What is my protection in the law
