The settlement order was based on my ex wife's and my equity ( money/assets ) which included a projected private income bond of GBP 133'000 maturing when I was 65 . Based on this a monthly payment of GBP 500.- was agreed...
However the value as of today is a mere GBP 80'000.- I want to know if due to this reduction I feel it is reasobale & fair that I should seek if possible to have this monthly payment of GBP 500.- reduced to reflect the now lesser value of the income bond.

Right

So it is the spousal maintenance that you wish to revisit?

Is it payable during joint lives?
