Hello, my name is***** am a qualified lawyer and I will be assisting you with your question today.
What reason has the supplier provided exactly for asking you to increase your order and for not delivering to you as yet?
OK, thank you for your response. I will review the relevant information and laws and will get back to you at the earliest opportunity. There is no need to wait here as you will receive an email when I have responded. Also, please do not responded to this message as it will just push your question to the back of the queue and you may experience unnecessary delays. Thank you.
Hi there, thanks for your patience. You may indeed treat this matter as a breach of contract on the supplier’s part. Unless there was some kind of clause or agreement allowing them to do what they have done, the contract would be for what was agreed. So in the circumstances you are entitled to sue for breach and consider getting at least your deposit back. In terms of sung for more, that could include any losses you have suffered as a result of that breach, for example loss of sales, which you cannot recoup. So these are the options when you sue for a breach of contract.
