My driving license was revoked following a phone call by

Customer Question

My driving license was revoked following a phone call by myself to emergency services asking for an ambulance as I was feeling suicidal after the death of my husband. Apparently they have a duty of care to send police officers together with the ambulance crew in case yo need to be sectioned. The police upon arrival asked me certain questions. I feel that what they asked was hypothetical and not relevant to the current situation.I felt that they had been very heavy handed and used entrapment given that I was in my own home in a dressing gown and obviouslyly not committing any crime .I have never been stopped or chardged for any driving incident and have no idea what reason they have revoked my licence. Can I appeal to my local magistrates court against this action. I feel that this is completely unjust.
