Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Could you please explain your situation a little more?

Expert:  Jo C. replied 10 months ago.

If you are saying you handed him over to rescue then he cannot be recovered unless you agreed a cooling off period which would be rare save for exceptional circumstances as rescues usually demand certainty.

If you handed him over to a third party then you would only be able to recover if you agreed a specific cooling off period.

in short though, unless you agreed a specific cooling off period none will automatically exist in law.

Can I clarify anything for you?
