I very much doubt that he can fairly dismiss you for what you have done on the assumption that he has referred to himself that way in the past. I would understand it if you called him that at the start and then he specifically asked you not to but you still continued despite that. However, assuming this was a one off and you have not continued to deliberately call him that after being asked not to, then this is unlikely to be a fair reason for dismissal, especially considering you have bene there for such a long time.
In addition to the above you may be the victim of bullying and/or discrimination due to gender. If you are dismissed then you will have a potential case for unfair dismissal and/or discrimination. If you are not dismissed but these issues continue then you may have a case for constructive dismissal where you are forced to resign because of the unfair treatment.
