From Staines county court. Duel energy has been hirrasing us and we been asking to change our electricity supplier but they are not realising us. They have been charged very high tariff we are not in contract with them

I have not received anything from court. Just a email from recovery agent saying that we have optained right to inter to remove my meter from Staines county court

I even offered them paying the balance on instalments and do not wish to stay with duel energy. But both option has been declined

Ok. If it's from the county court you can apply to set it aside.

You need to complete form n244
