Can you explain your situation a little more?

Hi, Jo!My Nephew has been accused of rape. His Girlfriend was 16 he was 19. She has made the accusation because He finished with Her. He then got a job. She then accused him of rape after getting His life sorted out. I think all She wanted was for Him to get a job and have a Baby (I knew Her well, She was part of our Family). But She committed adultery, so he finished with Her. We couldn't believe that She was like this. He has not been charged by the Police, but is on bail. They were in My Sister's House when the accusation toke place. My Sister had not heard anything. She also has given evidence. My Sister had been accused of hitting Her and letting a rape occur. They are both false. Personally, I would prosecute Her for slander. She had previously made accusations about Her Parents hitting Her just to be with My Newphew (I knew of this as soon as I met Her). What do You think will happen to Him? I feel sorry for Him being accused like this. They had been together for 3 years.
