A friend as gone on saga dating sight. They use a pseudonym

Customer Question

A friend as gone on saga dating sight. They use a pseudonym name, and then enter their details and preferences. If you then google the pseudonym name, it then comes up with saga dating, then their photo and all their details and invites you to join the sight, a case of advertising the site with real people details......is this right

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

I am not sure what you are asking?
He has signed up using a different name and it has come up on Google?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
You are asked to put in a pseudonym name

Ok - a screen name, yes I get that bit........

No I don't want to call at the moment. I would like a reasonable answer to my £38 question
Expert:  Jamie-Law replied 2 months ago.

I think that is automated request. I get the part when they have a screen name.

Which bit are you concerned about, they put a screen name which Google indexes?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
it comes up saga dating, then the pseudonym name and photo and their details
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
You expect this if you have paid to go on the site to obviously meet other people but not used with all their details to advertise joining the site
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
You've just texted me to say there is an answer but there's nothing
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I feel that my £38 was a waste of money. Very disappointed

sorry I have been reading a case for tomorrow. Do the terms when you sign up say your data can be used in this way?
