A property developer bought the propert next door, got planning permission to convert to two flats begun by digging through gas main which cut us off causing inconvience they had it mended then fill the footings with concrete, concreting over the live gas main, the builde now keeps hassling us to allow her m to dig up our garden and patio to enable him to run new gas pipes to his property
