What is the law relating to Restitutionary damages.

Restitutionary damages are damages to take away the gain that aomeone may have unjustly made through a breach of contract. For example if someone had a contract that they would not steal customers from their previous company and they did and made a profit from those customers, the company could seek restitutionary damages so as to get the benefit of, and at the same time take away from the wrongdoer, the profits made by him. I hope that helps. Please leave a positive rating so that i am credited for my time.
