Thank you for the update.

May I please, start a remote screen sharing session with you so that I can better help you resolve this problem?

Once it has started, I can verify that all is setup correctly in iTunes.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Are you having any problems with running that remote application after it is downloaded?

Which Internet browser are you currently using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or something of the like)?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

safari/yahoo

Thank you.

After you download the file, you must run it.

Let's try another option.

- Please, click the following link, download that file, and run the file: https://secure.join.me/Download.aspx?webdownload=true
- Then download and allow that remote app to run.
- Once it is finished, please, tell me the 9 digit number that appears on the top of your screen.

Thank you.

can not find down loaded file, looked in finder where down loads usually go but can't find what could i be doing wrong?

Hello Derek,

I am not sure what is going on.

In Safari, after you go to that link, you should click the "Join Session" button. Then a file will download, so you should open the Downloads window and double click the Elsinore... file, allowing it to run.
