Hello John! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed computer / tablet professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. Was it working previously? Or is this a new iPad?

What is the error or message when connecting your iPad on Wi-Fi?

What did you reset?

What is the brand / model of your Internet wireless / wi-fi modem / router device?

Do you have a laptop/wireless computer that is currently able to connected via wireless? If so, does it have windows xp, vista, or 7, 8, etc.?

Can we do remote session, so we can chat, and I will be able to help you directly?

Also, do you have a windows or mac computer, if any?

Edit: Please reply back when you are available to continue. Thank you,
