After all of that I am still unable to go on-line on the i-pad.

After all of that I am still unable to go on-line on the i-pad. It's still telling me my password XXXXX XXXXX and it's even telling me my date of birth is incorrect.

The password XXXXX just reset is your APPLE ID password.

Do you now need help connecting to the wireless signal?

What is the brand and model name of your wireless router?

It's the wireless signal - I can get on the i-pad for everything else except the web. My router is from, TalkTalk and is model DSL 2640R
