I keep getting an error when I try to download tingle for mac book pro on the amazon website. I want to read ebooks on my laptop and this error is most frustrating. can yuo please advise how I can read ebooks on my macbook pro?

As I start to press "kindle for macbook pro" a line appears on the bottom of the screen saying one error see applications no application appears on enquiry. The kindle for mac screen shows downloading of kindle for mac proceeding. there does no appear any way toproceed

Click on Download

Enter File ID 311610

Click on Download File.

Then double click the file that is downloaded John and it will start the installation of the Kindle App.
