I cant access Yahoo email on my ipad "Connection to the server

Resolved Question:

I can't access Yahoo email on my ipad "Connection to the server has failed" (I can access them on my computer) I have changed my password XXXXX still cannot get email, also when I try to download a free app it tries to charge me. HELP!

After I opened an email I thought came from Yahoo

Can you hold the power and home button on the iPad for about 10 seconds, until you see the Apple Logo, then release the buttons.

Let the iPad restart and when it has, tell me if you can now access your emails please Charlotte.

Can you go to Settings, Mail, Calendar, Contacts.

Press on your Yahoo Account

Go to the bottom and press Delete account

Once done, go to Settings, Mail, Calendar, Contacts and add the Yahoo account again like you initially did.

The account was corrupt, so we needed to recreate it.
