I have updated my iPad as suggested on the screen to 10xx?

Customer Question

I have updated my iPad as suggested on the screen to 10xx? And whilst welcoming many new features I have some problems, every time I put the devise down I have to enter a password XXXXX resume working, the unit shuts off completely where as previously an incoming Skype call would always ring out on the iPad now unless I hear the desk top ringing I miss the call lastly since the update the wifi is also cut off and I have to reconnect it seems less sensitive to the signal than before.

Sorry?

I dont understand your last message.

You have to connect to your wifi network, I provided you a film that shows you how to Franklin.

What is the problem you encountered?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

As I have used the Ipad for 12 to 18 months I have some experience in connecting to WiFi I repeat it is only since the upgrade that I have a this problem and whilst we have been playing the Ipad is some 3 feet from the WiFi transmitter . Every time i leave the ipad it switches off and requires the code word to reactivate a total bore.

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
ok, but what is the error you get when it refuses to connect to wifi?

this is what I have been trying to find out from you Franklin.

Can you tell me please?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I have already stated that safari state I am not connected there is no other signal other than in settings under settings it says not connected and under the WiFI columne it show my WiFi code connected which in the past immediately connected everything.

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
Franklin, this is why I showed you the film

Safari has nothing to do with this.

I really would like you to at least review the film, or even the instructions I gave to CONNECT THE IPAD to the WIFI.

This is the problem, and I don't know how else to tell you this.
