Sorry, have tried advice twice but it has not made any difference
Yes but only since last night. Carphone Warehouse explained that I needed an update which hadn't been done, this was because it needed Wi-Fi to do it and my phone didn't have it! They thought this lack of an update may have been the problem so explained how I could download iTunes onto my computer and then do software update. Updated last night, didn't make any difference.
Have gone into iTunes but when I click file I get four greyed out options ie. Sync, Transfer purchases, Back up & Restore from back up -------
none are in black and do not respond?
As you have probably guessed I am not very knowledgeable in this area. Apologies, have now connected to computer and will retry.
