my name is XXXXX XXXXX and i have problem with my ipad air which is telling me that it is disabled
i purchase the ipad about 15-1-2014 2n hand but has a 8 month guarantee from amazon from this date
it is still under worenty
please clarify the above and tell me if i should return it for a replace ment

First, hold the power and Home button on the iPad for about 10 seconds, until you see the Apple Logo, then release.
