I have bought an iPad mini.

I'm trying to create an Apple ID

I have received an email with lots of conditions with a request to click "AGREE" but I can't find anywhere to click "AGREE".

Can you help, please?

Hi

I am Vinod. I will try my best to help you resolve this issue.

The Agree button will be blue in color. You may need to scroll down to see that button in some cases.

If you still don't find it, let's reset the ipad first. Press and hold the power button and the home button together until you see an apple logo.

Now, try to set up the apple ID again. If it still does not work, we will the create the apple ID from the computer and use it on the ipad.
