Have successfully installed an update on my I Pad. Then gave

Have successfully installed an update on my I Pad. Then gave my Apple password.Next step repeats that the update is successfully installed and before continuing it wants answers to some questions e.g. password. Having answered this it goes back to the beginning again. I have tried to reboot without success. Any suggestions?

So I can better assist you, I will need additional information. When you tried to reboot, did the apple logo appear? Are you able to Slide to setup or is it frozen?

Yes the apple logo appeared. I can sslide to set up

Since the reboot did not resolve your issue, it appears your iPad needs to be restored back to factory settings

YeI s. When I tried to reboot nothing happened.

All that is needed is to connect your iPad into your computer and open iTunes. Then press the restore button
