Customer Question

I visited Westquay Apple Store today where my husband had help setting up his new ipadair2. I added my thumb print as I.D. For his iPad.But .....on the way home my iPhone refused my thumb print and my passcode and declared itself disabled!! I'm afraid it was the same thumb print. Is this the problem? If so, how do I get out of it?

iTunes is functioning on my iPad which has not been affected.
