Resolved Question:

I have a lumix DMC TZ 60 digital camera. I can transfer video from it to the IPad without difficulty. My MAC computer O-SX 10:8:5 does not recognise it - although a few weeks ago I was able to transfer easily. What is to be done?

The problem may be with the camera itself, or with the Mac.

Pete :

Try testing the camera by connecting it to a different Mac or PC.

Pete :

If it is recognised ok there, then the problem is with your own Mac.

Pete :

If the camera cannot be recognised on any computer, then the camera itself has a fault.

Pete :

Also, if you are using software for the transfer, try accessing the camera directly through Finder, and check if you can manually copy the video files to the Mac.
