Not sure if this is helpful info but i called microsoft and

Resolved Question:

Not sure if this is helpful info but i called microsoft and another service that you ay for and both went into my systems remotely with my permissions and they could not fix the issue- they both went to senior advisers for assistance and they only said they couldn't fix issue

I can search my emails for previous correspondence

i can only search in safari emails

but i want to use outlook again

No, not that i am aware of

Do you not see the emails or do they come up with an error?

i see my emails but if i want to search my emails for historical emails it has an error message that says "Outlook.com was not able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report."
