I have an iPad 2 and I've forgotten my pass code. I've tried several but now it is disabled. Ideally, I'd like a technician to talk me through getting it going again (simply, since I'm over seventy!). Failing that, I could go to the Apple Store at Bristol Cribb's Causeway next Monday morning 1st December.
