I purchased it at Argos and set it up myself. It worked perfectly until it froze switched on. It was reset by a local firm
They only freed the system up leaving me to set it up. Previously I set up Apple ID and entered my email address. I have not used c.....@b......uk

Whenever you change your email address, you should update your email address on all your accounts that you use right away, such as your Apple ID account, your Facebook account, your online bank account, etc. Please do the following to schedule a time for Apple account department to call you in order to fix your Apple ID account:- Please click on website below:
