When does it ask for the iTunes password ***** your iPad?

Does it show an email address when asking for the password? If yes, do you recognize that email address? And do you currently have access to that email address?

Great. On your laptop, please do the following:

1. Click on the website below:

http://iforgot.apple.com/

, then enter your work email address, then click on Next
, then select the Email authentication option, then click on Next
, then check your work email address for a message from Apple
, then click on the reset password ***** in that Apple email message and set up a password ***** want

2. Once that is done, you can enter that password ***** the iPad.

3. Then on the iPad, go to Settings -> iTunes & App Store
, then tap on your Apple ID / work email address at the top
, then enter password ***** prompted
, then select View Apple ID
, then tap on your work email address
, then change it to your personal email address
, then tap on Done.
