First try this....
Drag the disc drive to the Trash can in the Dock or select 'Eject' from the File menu.

Check your keyboard to see if you have the EJECT button on the keyboard.

Do you see the disc drive icon on your desktop?

Reboot the computer holding the option key down, wait for the boot drive options to appear, then press the eject key on the keyboard.
When it's out, then select your boot drive and click the arrow key to boot up.
