I have a small problem
with my Macbook pro ,
When I try to check my
Emails a message comes up on the screen which reads.
Sorry page not found [error code 404]
we are sorry the page you requested does not exist at this address. It may have moved, the name changed or the link broken. Please check the address is correct, make any changes and try again.
Return to BT.com
Can you help me to correct this
PS. If I Click on BT.COM and sign in I can check my emails

Please go to the Apple logo at the upper left of your computer screen to About This Mac and give me this information:
The exact system Version (listed right under Mac OS X)
Processor
Memory

When you try to check your emails where exactly?

osx version 10.9.5

processor 2.2GH Intel Core i7

Memory 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3

When I click on the end of the message i.e. BT .COM

I then sign in an find my emails in the normal way on BT .COM Safari
