Can you hold the power and home button on the iPad for about 10 seconds, until you see the Apple Logo, then release.
Let the iPad restart and when it has, tell me if it now connects.

Could not connect to game centre server or itunes

Ok, if you go to settings, wifi, does it show you as connected to your wireless?
If not, tap on your wireless network and connect.
