Hi. first of all I'm in my eighties, so a bit slow! I can't send or received emails but can use Skype etc. Something, somehow has altered a setting. Yesterday someone was helping me with a glitch on this new Mac Yosemite and after speaking/typing to an engineer he managed to get the machine to spring to life. The engineering/case number *****###-##-#### ***** guess that the problem is confined to the mail system but of course I'm completely dumb and can't find out what has happened. Can you help please Ken.
