the I pad it tells me my account has been suspended and to go to applied to reset my password

OK go here and select Get Started: http://www.apple.com/support/contact/ Then select More Products & Services, then choose Apple ID, then Other Apple ID Topics, then the Topic is not Listed, then type "Apple ID is locked and Security questions don't work", or "Reset passsword but have not received email" then select Talk to Apple Support Now and you will enter your phone and get a phone call from Apple
